Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is hiring casual package delivery drivers in Everett, WA. You will drive our brown trucks and deliver packages to homes and businesses, indoors and outdoors, often in a fast-paced environment.

The role is seasonal but can lead to permanent opportunities. Expect shifts of eight to ten hours, with Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat schedules, pay around $23 per hour, weekly pay, extensive training, and access to UPS benefits and a company pension plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Casual drivers must wear UPS uniform and comply with appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses in the community.
• Drive UPS brown trucks and ensure safe driving practices.
• Support seasonal operations with flexible shifts (8–10 hours).
• Provide courteous service and accurate package handling.
