Job summary

UPS is seeking Casual Package Delivery Drivers in Minnesota. You will drive our brown trucks, deliver packages, and provide excellent customer service on a flexible, seasonal basis. The role is full-time casual with 8–10 hour shifts and varying days (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat).

Base pay starts at $23.00/hour. UPS offers growth opportunities, extensive training, and potential to move to permanent status with a strong benefits package. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Casual drivers must wear UPS uniform per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive UPS routes in brown trucks.
• Deliver packages of various sizes daily.
• Work eight to ten hours per day with varying shifts (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat).
• Maintain safety and customer service standards while on route.
