Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Package Delivery Driver to deliver packages to homes and businesses, providing reliable and friendly service on assigned routes. This role involves driving a brown UPS truck, outdoor work, and handling packages in all weather conditions.

Shifts typically range from eight to ten hours per day, with schedules varying (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat). A valid license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a DOT exam are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) in the state where you live; proof will be required to qualify.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Pass a UPS driver test.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Ability to comply with UPS Appearance Guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes.
• Drive a UPS vehicle on a designated route in a safe and timely manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and lift packages as required.
