Job summary

UPS is hiring Casual Package Delivery Drivers in Hailey, Idaho. You’ll drive our brown trucks, deliver packages to homes and businesses, and stay active outdoors while working in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run eight to ten hours per day with Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules; this seasonal, full-time role offers growth opportunities and may lead to permanent placement. Base pay is $23.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with no CDL required.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses in your community and beyond.
• Drive UPS routes safely and efficiently while handling packages.
• Work eight to ten hours per day with shifts that vary (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat).
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a neat appearance.

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days.
