Job summary

UPS is seeking Casual Package Delivery Drivers to join our brown-truck team. You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses, outdoors and behind the wheel in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time casual drivers work eight to ten hours per day with shifts that vary (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat). The base pay is $23.00/hour, with excellent weekly pay, extensive training, and growth opportunities; this seasonal role may lead to permanent employment with added benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and be physically able to perform duties.
• Must hold a valid driver's license; CDL not required (state dependent).
• Must pass the DOT medical exam/physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills are essential.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses in your community and beyond.
• Drive UPS vehicles in a safe, efficient manner during assigned shifts.
• Work eight to ten hours per day; shifts may vary (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat).
• Uphold safety standards, appearance guidelines, and customer service quality.

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license - no CDL required (License type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills

• Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days.
