Job summary

Delta Natural Gas Co., Inc., an Essential Utilities company, is hiring for a full-time seasonal role August through November. You will assist the operations group with day-to-day outdoor activities including meter painting, mowing, and general labor in our service area.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and can work safely outdoors, with good customer service and the ability to follow directions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal workload with Delta operations team.
• Become familiar with Delta operations and procedures.
• Update and maintain documentation of work activities.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies and standards.
• Participate in daily/weekly coordination meetings as needed.
• Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.
