Job summary

Harry- is seeking workers for 60 Dormant Orchard Pruner positions in Talent, Medford, White City, Grants Pass, Phoenix and Central Point, Oregon. This temporary, full-time seasonal role runs 12/3/2026 to 4/2/2027. No experience or education required.

Housing and transportation may be provided; tools supplied; safety PPE provided. Wages are $17.62 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• No minimum education required.

Responsibilities

• Prune dormant pear and peach trees and perform tree training and sucker removal.
• Follow training instructions based on established company procedures for pruning and tree form.
• Dormant work includes limb positioning to establish productive structure and removing branches sprouting from the trunk.
• Use pruning tools (hand lopper, hand shears, hand saws) and work in varied weather conditions.
