CHS Ag Services is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to join our team in Drayton, ND. You will support operations by filling and servicing anhydrous ammonia tanks while ensuring safe, efficient service for customers.

We welcome individuals new to the industry and provide training and certifications to help you succeed in the role. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
• Inspect in-use equipment for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
• Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
• Conduct housekeeping duties and report safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
