UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop safety-conscious workgroups focused on production and attendance in a warehouse setting. The role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication, while fostering collaboration across levels.

The incumbent will supervise, train, and coach staff, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
