Job summary

Fourth Floor in Vail, CO is seeking seasonal staff for holiday operations. You will receive and organize merchandise, keep the stockroom tidy, and ensure the sales floor is well stocked during peak periods.

Ideal candidates have retail or luxury hospitality experience, a detail‑oriented and professional presence, and the ability to handle physical tasks like lifting inventory. Weekend and holiday availability is expected for November to December.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
• Maintain stockroom organization and accurate inventory records
• Keep the sales floor fully stocked and sized
• Support inventory counts, transfers, returns, and system accuracy
• Prepare and package client orders, holds, and shipments
• Maintain luxury presentation standards throughout the boutique
• Assist with appointment preparation and high-volume holiday traffic
• Partner closely with the boutique team to keep daily operations on track

Who we’re looking for

Retail operations, stockroom, inventory, or visual merchandising experience is preferred, ideally in luxury or premium retail. Strong fashion retail or luxury hospitality candidates will also be considered. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, comfortable with physical tasks like lifting and moving inventory, and you bring a polished, professional presence.
