Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate in New York to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist with merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with pay in the range of $16.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
