Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices) and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays using Ulta Beauty best practices.
• Process shipments and replenishment efficiently to ensure product availability.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention best practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and help maintain store standards.
