Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the operations team during peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help deliver the Neiman Marcus experience by ensuring accurate receiving, sorting, inventory control, pricing, and safe procedures.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, preparing items for selling, shipping to clients or other stores, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

You Will Be

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

Salary And Other Benefits

The starting salary for this position is between $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
