Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our peak-season fulfillment and in-store activities. You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise, assist with inventory, and help ensure accurate pricing and safe operations.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you’ll work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow across the luxury retailer’s distribution and retail network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $16.00 - $18.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
