Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our holiday operations, working with the store’s operations team to ensure exceptional execution and guest experiences during peak season.

You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise, assist with inventory, and help with price changes while adhering to safety standards. Experience in operations or warehouse roles and comfort with retail tech are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to client, another store or distribution center.
• Perform daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role(s)
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include nights, weekends and holidays

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including high
