Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations during the holiday season. You will help manage merchandise, inventory, and pricing tasks under the supervision of an Operations Manager, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for clients.

Based in Tysons, this role requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with retail tech. Prior warehouse or operations experience is a plus, and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
