Job summary

ofi is seeking a Seasonal Process Operator to support daily production in our Oregon facility. You will monitor onion wash and dryers, adjust process parameters, record output and downtime, and ensure GMP compliance.

The role requires the ability to stand long shifts, lift up to 55 pounds, and work safely with PPE; teamwork and good communication are essential. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months to 1 year in a food manufacturing setting, with basic math,

Responsibilities

• Operate, control and adjust onion wash and dryers to maintain throughput and quality.

• Train new employees and provide coaching to current staff.
• Record temperatures, water level and weights; maintain accurate production records.
