Job summary

Harry & David is seeking a Seasonal EHSS Officer to protect employees, property, and company assets across campus, orchards, retail areas, and facilities. You will monitor CCTV and access control, conduct patrols, respond to safety and security calls, and prepare detailed incident reports.

Collaborating with Human Resources and Legal, you will ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with emergency services and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months–1 year security experience.
• DPSST certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Drug screening, background check and driving record review.
• Variable schedule with possible overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols across campus, orchards, retail areas and facilities; operate patrol vehicle and enforce policies.
• Surveillance monitoring of CCTV camera systems.
• Incident response and investigation; document safety/security incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports and daily logs.
• Respond to calls for assistance from departments across the company.
• Coordinate with Emergency Services and Law Enforcement during incidents.
• Provide First Aid/CPR and assist paramedics when needed.
• Safety inspections and emergency preparedness activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
