Job summary

MMC Land Management is seeking seasonal Snow Removal team members to respond to snow and ice events at Economy/Freedom locations. This in-person, on-call role involves clearing designated areas using power tools and manual labor, with additional opportunities in landscaping or erosion control.

The position requires working outdoors in cold weather, following safety procedures, and maintaining time logs. Competitive hourly pay is provided, with potential year-round opportunities in related fields.

Qualifications

Knowledge of proper snow removal techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to operate power tools and other snow removal equipment.
Physical stamina to perform manual snow removal and work outdoors in cold weather for extended periods.
Availability to work on call in response to snow and ice events.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events.
Follow established routes and schedules to complete snow removal efficiently.
Clear snow from designated areas using power tools and manual labor as needed.
