Carlisle Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Machine Operator I-ISO-CCM for our Puyallup, WA manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining industrial machinery while ensuring ISO compliance and accurate data recording on a fast-paced line.

The position is full-time seasonal with shifts evolving from 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thurs in 2026 to 2nd shift, Mon–Fri in 2027. Wage range applies per Washington state Wage Transparency Act, with tuition assistance and excellent

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications precisely.
• Knowledge of ISO compliance standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks systematically.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to accurately record and report production data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred: Previous experience with ISO-certified manufacturing processes or equipment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality inspections and checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize performance and maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
• Record production data, machine performance metrics, and quality control information accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

In 2026 the employee will work 1st shift 6a-4:30p Mon-Thurs with overtime as needed. In 2027 the employee will work 2nd shift Mon-Fri. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings across time zones or address critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies, including those related to data security, confidentiality, acceptable use of technology, and remote work standards.

Per the state’s Wage Transparency Act, the range for this position is $26.33-$27.33. Actual salary could be greater based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
