Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, TX, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for a 13-week NICU seasonal assignment. The position offers 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) and a $1,500 completion bonus with a $51/hour seasonal rate.

This role is in a Level IV NICU with opportunities for training, advancement, and potential conversion to a FT/PT/PRN role. RN experience in NICU and BLS/NRP certifications are required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to work in Texas.
• At least 18 months RN experience in the NICU.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and NRP certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a fast-paced NICU.
• Support patient families and coordinate with NICU team to ensure patient safety.
