Job summary

You will work under the Farm Manager and collaborate with the Products department, contributing to efficient operations and quality control. Starting pay is based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow seed production and processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seed production, harvesting, and cleaning.
• Support seed collection from production plots and leased land.
• Help with cleaning, processing and packing of seeds to high standards.
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized work areas and safety practices.
