Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support team member to help drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will assist shoppers, demonstrate products, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with store offerings.

You will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role emphasizes service quality, attention to detail, and ongoing product knowledge to support customers and the store’s success.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete store certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.

• Assist with tasks to ensure the store is ready for business.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
