Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to act as the store face, greet customers, assess needs, and match them to the right products. You will work to close sales while learning as you complete onboarding and GC certification programs, with duties that keep the store ready to engage customers and maintain displays.

The role requires a strong customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education
• Assist with execution of tasks to ensure store is ready to conduct business
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
