Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, match to the right product, and guide them through the sales process in our store. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales while completing onboarding and ongoing training.

The position requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
