Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to help meet service sales targets and enhance customer experience. You will demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers through the sales process, and participate in onboarding and certification.

The role supports store readiness, inventory oversight, and ongoing customer engagement to foster repeat business. Ideal candidates will work nights, weekends, and holidays with strong attention to detail and a passion for music.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify opportunities and follow through on tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to complete GC certification and learn product basics.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Learn through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Support store readiness and service customers in daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Engage in additional duties as assigned.
