Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and match them to the right products in our Johnson City store. You will help close sales, share product knowledge, and support onboarding and ongoing training with a friendly, service-driven approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to nights/weekends/holidays, and a proactive attitude to ensure an outstanding customer experience in a music-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and ability to deliver a positive experience.
• Proactive attitude to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse customers.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and GC certification program.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with store tasks to ensure readiness for business and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
