Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support to serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greet customers, qualify their needs, and match them to the right product while pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale.

Key traits include customer focus, initiative, strong communication, and selling ability; you will support store operations, learn through onboarding and certification, and help maintain displays and inventory.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
