Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products while helping close sales in our store. Compensation starts at $15.00/hr, with ranges reflecting background and experience, as required by state law.

As a Seasonal Support, you’ll participate in training, certification, and ongoing education while maintaining displays, monitoring inventory, and building lasting relationships with customers through service excellence.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist with onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Maintain displays and monitor inventory levels.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
