Job summary

Guitar Center in the United States is seeking Seasonal Support to assist customers, meet sales targets, and learn product knowledge. This role focuses on delivering excellent service, guiding customers through the sales process, and supporting store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, building customer relationships for future service needs, and participating in ongoing certification and training. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to learn store operations and product knowledge.
• Capable of stepping in to handle customer issues.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
