The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum seeks a seasonal part-time Education Facilitator to lead school group tours and foster dialogue in our exhibitions.

The role runs November 2, 2026 through May 28, 2027, with paid training. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–2:00 pm, offering meaningful part-time work in a cultural setting.

You will work with educators and museum staff to create an inclusive, engaging visitor experience for students of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Holocaust history and/or museum education.
• Confident public speaker and discussion facilitator.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to perform work that requires extended periods of standing and movement.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead group tours using provided outlines and training materials.
• Facilitate respectful, age-appropriate dialogue in the Impact Lab.
• Adapt to student needs and group dynamics in real time.
• Collaborate with other educators and museum staff.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors.
