Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal Restaurant Support roles in Stowe, VT. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available and housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to take direction and shift between tasks as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies or product as required
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support front- and back-of-house operations as needed during service
• Restock supplies, food items, condiments, utensils, and service stations
• Assist with opening and closing duties - Running POS system when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, service, storage, and work areas
• Support team members with bussing, running food, dish support, or basic prep tasks as assigned
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Help maintain smooth guest flow during busy periods
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about operational needs
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away deliveries when needed
• Support consistent service standards and a positive team environment
