Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Mosquito Spray Truck Driver to operate a spray truck as part of an integrated mosquito management program. You will conduct surveillance, spray zones, and maintain records in a safety-conscious field role.

Responsibilities include following label directions, using GPS, wearing PPE, recording data, and staying compliant with safety policies. The job requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with customer-facing skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly spray assigned zones as instructed by the contract supervisor.
• Properly use GPS monitor equipment nightly and report any malfunctions.
• Accurately record all required data from each spray mission on the log sheet.
• Follow chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS); handle/apply chemicals per label specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Support, enforce, promote and implement company safety policies.
