Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Roseville, MN is seeking a Seasonal Morning Truck unload/Stocking teammate. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to keep the store well-merchandised. The role requires physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and assist in-store purchases.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Participate in planograms and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and well merchandised.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash when required.
• Promote rewards programs and enroll customers where applicable.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) as needed.
