Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the middle school soccer program.
• Provide instruction in soccer fundamentals and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for student-athletes.
• Conduct practices and coaching games.
• Monitor student eligibility and behavior; communicate with students and families.
• Comply with district, league, and school policies and procedures.
• Serve as a positive role model and support the educational mission of the school.
