2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, are hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists at Walmart in Riverdale, GA. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.

Role requires 12 hours per weekend (noon–6pm) with an 11/7/26–1/24/27 window. Competitive weekly base pay plus a possible Seasonal Completion Bonus, and opportunities for career growth within 2020 Companies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsabilidades

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer's interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology
