Job summary

Are you outgoing? Do you enjoy showing off new tech? As a Meta Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. All product and technology training is provided. What’s in it for you?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in technology, Wearable AI, or Virtual Reality preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests.
• Guide customers through the full experience and confidently ask for the sale.
• Keep displays organized and aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about products.
• Track demonstrations, engagement, and sales toward goals.
• Stay current on product launches and software updates.
