Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work at Best Buy in Norwalk, CT. You will demonstrate Meta wearables and AI products to shoppers, drive excitement, and train store teams.

The role offers paid training, bonuses, and flexible paydays with opportunities for growth into lead specialist roles within retail. Schedule is 20 hours per week, Fri–Sun, through early 2027 with onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology
