2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work at Walmart in Rosemead, CA. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store staff on new AI apps and features. The role requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset.

Salary is $21 per hour with a seasonal completion bonus. Training is fully provided remotely, and there are opportunities for career growth within the program and future roles with 2020 Companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in technology (Wearable AI and/or VR) preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement to sale closure.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity toward individual and program goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
