Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists for a Walmart location in Twin Falls, ID. The role runs 11/7/26 through 1/24/27 with shifts noon–6:00 pm on weekends, plus additional peak shifts.

Training is provided, with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for growth within the program. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage customers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features, creating memorable shopping experiences while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
