2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Best Buy Willow Grove, PA. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store teams on AI apps and device features.

The role offers flexible paydays, bonuses tied to performance, 100% paid training, and clear pathways into leadership roles within the program and company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale
• Customer-first experience mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, from engagement to sale
• Keep displays organized and demo-ready, and align the retail experience with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and update them on current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales toward goals
• Stay current on product launches and software updates

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-timeSeasonalMeta Sales Specialists!

Pay :$24 per hour +SeasonalCompletion Bonus*

Schedule : Up to 30 hours a week - Thursday to Monday

Hours : Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Dates : Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule : Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.
