2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work in Best Buy Raleigh, NC. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new AI apps and product features.

The role offers flexible paydays, bonuses, and remote training, with 20 hours weekly Friday–Sunday. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some sales experience, and comfort with technology, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Interest in technology and wearable AI preferred.
• Comfort engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta products through hands-on demos and engage shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create personalized experiences.
• Guide customers through the experience from engagement to sale.
• Keep displays organized and demo-ready to align with Meta brand standards.
• Track demonstrations and sales activity toward individual and program goals.
