2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist at Best Buy in Grapevine, TX. You will demo Meta products, train store teams, and create engaging customer experiences while earning a weekly base pay plus bonuses.

Hours include weekends with some weekday shifts; full training is provided remotely and ongoing incentives are available. This role offers hands-on tech exposure and potential for growth within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation.

• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-timeSeasonalMeta Sales Specialists!

Pay: $23 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates: Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule: Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role
