2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist for Best Buy Citrus Heights, CA. The role involves live product demonstrations, customer engagement, and promoting Meta tech to shoppers on weekends.

Pay is $24 per hour with a seasonal completion bonus. Training is fully provided; expect flexible weekly pay and incentives tied to demo engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience preferred.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or VR technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demos and wearable AI experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customer interests and needs.
• Guide customers from engagement to sale and keep displays demo-ready.
• Maintain relationships with store teams and update them on products and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, engagement, and sales activity toward goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging tech.

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-timeSeasonalMeta Sales Specialists!

Pay: $24 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates: Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule: Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role

As aMeta Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big-box retailer,demonstratingand promoting Meta products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand. In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. All product and technology training is provided.

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, frominitialengagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred

• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
