Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to help maximize inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders. You will engage customers with a personal service approach, build product knowledge through training, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment across shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience, with familiarity with POS systems. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Support online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, if delivery is an essential function.

Education
