Job summary

Total Wine & More is looking for a Seasonal Merchandiser to keep shelves stocked, build displays, and support both in-store and curbside pickup. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help ensure a safe, compliant store environment.

You may perform delivery duties if assigned, with training provided. The role emphasizes merchandising, customer service, and cross-functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to build relationships.
• Support online business operations including curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
