Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support inventory, merchandising, and customer service across our Seattle area stores. This role focuses on product presentation, stock management, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on products and services.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery operations when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
