Job summary

Total Wine & More in Chantilly, VA is hiring Store Team Members to support merchandising, customer service, and daily store operations. You will maximize product inventory, assist with online orders and curbside pickup, and help with delivery where needed.

We value flexibility to work evenings and weekends, plus familiarity with POS systems and inventory software. A high school diploma is preferred and all regulatory requirements for alcohol sales apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
