Total Wine & More in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to support merchandising, inventory, and small- to mid-scale delivery tasks. You will greet customers, stock shelves, and assist with curbside and delivery orders when needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience preferred, and familiarity with POS and inventory software. This role requires mobility, some lifting, and working evenings/weekends in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure regulatory compliance for alcohol sales.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner following company policies and traffic laws.
