Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks a Seasonal Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders including curbside pickup and delivery. You will greet customers, build relationships, and share product knowledge while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in the store.
